Jordan is an engineering and product leader with two decades of experience scaling teams and systems from early-stage through IPO and beyond. He previously served as Head of Product Engineering at OneSignal, led API Platform engineering at Pinterest, and served as a Staff Strategic Partner Engineer at Google, working across Search, Android, and Chrome to manage technical partnerships and ecosystem development. He has also served as a consultant and founded and operated multiple companies across AI and services. His work centers on employee experience, applied AI systems, and scalable platform design.

Natalie Daaka

Natalie is an operator with a decade of experience scaling revenue and operations across high-growth startups. She spent four years on ezCater's Business Operations team, owning sales and onboarding for partners joining Relish, ezCater's recurring meal benefit for employers. As an early hire at Eventplicity, she wore three hats — Events Manager, Account Manager, and Account Executive — and personally closed $1M Y1. She has led teams of up to 10 across multi-vendor logistics, HR operations, and benefits selection. At PerkPirate, she owns the GTM motion: multi-brand SEO, founder-led ABM, and design-partner conversion.
