Who we are
PerkPirate provides controlled-spend benefits infrastructure to employers. We process personal data as a service provider to your employer's program—your employer's notices and agreements also apply.
Data we process
- Identity and contact information for program administration
- Employment and eligibility signals from your employer or HRIS integrations
- Transaction and card data necessary to operate spend controls and compliance
- Support interactions when you contact us or your employer routes a ticket
How we use data
We use data to provide the service, secure accounts, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability and fraud resistance—consistent with your employer's instructions and our agreement with them.
Subprocessors
We rely on infrastructure, issuing, communications, and support vendors—see the Trust Center for the canonical subprocessor table when published.
Regional scope
Our primary market is the United States. Regional addenda (e.g., GDPR) apply when we offer product in those jurisdictions with accurate availability.
